Introduction to yoga

Suitable for complete beginners or for those looking to slow the pace down a little and re-visit the foundations of yoga.

 

Week by week we uncover various mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques and yoga postures designed to increase mobility and quieten down the mind.

 

This short class will equip you with the tools to develop your own practise at a safe and approachable pace.

Power movement

This practice promotes freedom of movement without any particular commitment to a yoga style.

 

Drawing inspiration from different movement disciplines, expect creative, fun and challenging sequences that structures itself around traditional postures, but explores movement beyond your usual yoga practice.
