Wild Wolfs Yoga

Our bodies and minds are a network of complex eco systems, imbalances in these networks manifest as physical and emotional extremes. This workshop will equip you with the necessary knowledge to keep your practice balanced, enjoyable and most importantly useful to your particular needs.

In round 3 of this workshop we explore the connection between Yin and Yang patterns of movement, promoting balance within our practices and showcasing the importance of effort with ease, traditionally known as 'Sthira' and 'Sukha' in yoga.

STHIRA : 'to take a stand, to be firm'
.
.
.
firm, compact, strong, steadfast, static, resolute, and courageous

The practice of STHIRA teaches us to hold poses with an even amount of effort throughout the body without tension or strain, and with a strong emphasis on cultivating a rhythmic, focussed and controlled quality of breath.

SUKHA : 'good space'
.
.
.
happy, good, joyful, easy, agreeable, gentle, mild, and virtuous

SUKHA encourages spaciousness, openness and contemplation, discovering how to use each pose to fit us in the most appropriate way, allowing space for release and surrender.

You don't have to have attended the previous workshops to join in on Round 3 and is suitable for all ages and levels of experience, all mats and props provided.

Class will be followed by breakfast bites (included in the cost)
